Thats all for now, maybe some more pics tomorrow if I get some shit done.
Def. pics friday tho, thats when most everything will be going back together

I'd put a better oil filter on that thing. Put a Wic filter on it, or something better than that Fram POS.

Also, while you're down there, put a line on that oil pressure location, then run that to the T, mount the T on the firewall. Then mount the pressure sender and turbo line on that. It'll keep stuff from getting vibrated loose, and keep it all tidy.

The Fram is on there just to keep dust/shit from getting in there. Its my old filter from when I parked it.

Thats a good idea with the oil line. It'd also make it more accesible. I think I'll do that. Theres only one problem though, it has 3 outlets, so its going to be somewhat tricky to mount. I'll figure something out though.

And while I'm thinking about it, move the hood release to the inside of the engine bay, or at least run it through the frame. With all these pictures of your car on the internets, I'd be more careful.

I'd rather have the bay looking nice. And, I'm not at all concerned about this thing getting stolen. Its not going to be driven every day, and I'm taking necessary measures to ensure that the only way to get it will be on a flatbed.
shizam bro you almost to vtach... just about to hear it start to run!!!!:):):):):):):):):)
Lmfao yes almost there man.. maybe driving it over there on the 24th, who knows!
Congrats. You just made my sig.
lol thats chad, my best bud.. he knows how to correctly spell vtec, he knows quite a bit about hondas too :p

Haha my name is Chad too.

Oh, and the car is looking awesome Matt.

Haha, nice man. That'll be easy to remember.

Thanks, I'm just trying to get it mechanically sound right now so I can fire it up and see what issues I have to deal with. Then I'll finish up the cosmetics.. which isn't too much anyway.

Well, I'm not running into hardly any problems so far. Oil lines = good to go except one more fitting I need and the pressure sending unit which is on its way, intake mani is on with new gasket, wiring harness is in, most sensors plugged up, wire tuck is done, hoses/misc shit going on at the moment, just need one hose that I cut while I was stripping it down.

Paint going on the bumper support, then that will go on, fixing the battery tray then that will go in..

If all my parts show up, I should be starting this thing sometime next week. :)

So, I got a TON of shit done today.

I'll post up pics tomorrow. I got a few parts that I needed, and the rest of the stuff can wait until the day of startup. As of right now, the car is pretty much mechanically ready.

Also got a TON of shit done yesterday.

Timing belt on, axles in, suspension set to the height I want (in the front at least). I need to put the shift linkage in today, and then finish up the cosmetic crap. Hopefully my manifold gets here soon.

nice..and hopefully you post pix soon..this build is like car porn..i like it:)
and when you dont post new shit..it makes me go back and look at the old

Ditto, I need to see pictures. My life feels empty without update pictures....

On another note, nice buffer. Got the same one, and it's been rock solid for me.

Well you guys wanted pictures, and you got em

Got some work to do still, but inching closer and closer every day. The main thing I need is the damn turbo mani lol.. should be here soon though. Got some cosmetic stuff done before school this morning..

New door handles.. 96-00 Civic EX rear handles (no keyholes) alarm coming w/keyless entry.. so away the keyholes went
