I called USPS and they told me that the service I paid for doesn't have tracking
She also said that they can't document or try to look for it because it hasn't been 14 days. She suggested that you can go down to your local post office(s) and see if there is a package waiting for you. but I don't think you should do that because they usually send you like a post card looking thing for you to come pick the package up.

Technically today is the 7th business day so it shouldn't arrive no later than friday, let me know if/when you get it. thanks

That is no problem at all. I'd do what I have done for the previous valve covers.
