9k is chump change if you want to get rich.

Throw it in a high yield account and forget about it until you find a WISE investment. And I'm not shitting you.

if there is not really anything you need at the moment, just put it away

no need to spend it for the sake of spending it
wait and use it for something you really want / need

Yes, absolutely. You can get one of these for about $10,000.

Or, you can buy a bike for the ultimate fucking win. Get a naked bike, something euro. How about a BMW moto ?

how about some more safety features for the M?
a clean cage is the first thing that comes to mind
just might safe your life one of these days

thought about it, but i don't think i want to deal with it in a daily driver. plus, now that its my only car, i don't have the down time to bring it some where.... and on top of that, i can't think of once place off the top of my head that i'd trust to do that to my mint interior....

You're not going to get 159/157k in the market today. Prices have dropped significantly, unfortunately. You're looking at 135 - 140 max in today's market.

3 units down from me just sold for 153, and its a shit hole.
i don't think i'll have a problem hitting near my mark

just though i'd bump this back up.....

i decided to put the money towards debts and savings.

i bought a 2006w eagle 20th anniversary set off ebay for a steal of a price and nearly paid off my CC card debt.

anyway, odd that today i get a random letter from a Realtor....

my camera sucks, but this is the line i wanted to point out:
"There are currently 2 properties in your complex for sale with an average listing price of $153,500"

I think by fall and with my upgrades, my estimates will not be far off at all.

Good choices my friend.

Please tell me you're getting 5% on your savings account.

nope.

.75%

which is why my savings account has 800 bucks in it.

And you say you're broke. :p

I think I have like 190 in mine, and for my savings account... that's a lot. haha

Drop some of that into your credit card debt.

If you have credit cards, slay them. or, put al of the money toward them, anyway.

If not, look at your next highest interest loan and slap it all there, forget it ever existed.

Yeah, jury is still out. Financial pros say it's not great, and that paying out more check payments everymonth reports better- But no one has been able to offer a hands-down explanation.

'Still looking it up.
