Hello very new to this stuff but i currently have a 2006 tsx and a 1996 honda accord both autos, and was wondering what ecu would i need to put in my 1996 honda accord for it to run the k24a2 out of the tsx, also what to keep it automatic.

Can you fabricate? I know they have mounts to put K-series in this chassis, but I don't think they have mounts for auto transmission. Would need to be fabricated. Not sure on the ECU, but would likely need one of the K-series ECU's that can accept K-Pro, and then it would need to be tuned and you'd probably need to have someone who knows what they're doing help you modify the wire harness.

With it being automatic honestly more than it is worth. The TSX being a later OBD2 has many modules and canbus items it needs to run. You CAN manual convert it and get K-Swap mounts for the accord though for the swap to go in and use that motor. There is essentially 0 support for the automatic stuff (different ecu and trans ecu) , Soo if you can get the mounts for it and axles etc and put EVERYTHING it needs to run/not freak out module wise can probably do it but again then youd just still not have an insane amt more of power

Yea I got A Mechanic friend who works at a dealership who knows how to mess with K & J Series wire harnesses, with the ecu I'm looking into a 05 accord ecu and ktuner it to be compatible with my dbc setup, with the mounts I figured i would have to fabricate mounts
