1992 Civic H22/23 swap

[1992H22Civ]

Im doing a H22/23 swap into a 1992 civic. I need to know whats better non-vtec H23 with large cams/ or H22a1 Vtec with Turbo, and what i should look forward to adding or installing onto the car for better performance over all . Anny info would be nice.
