looks great bud, btw 52mm aftermarket gauges fit perfect in the temp/fuel pod, that deff looks clean though, engine build looks great as well, also auto gauge cluster ?

I knew the aftermarket gauges would fit but I had a cluster from my 95 Integra that I parted out. It was an auto that I did a manual conversion on. You just have to ignore the gear selector, it's not even hooked up. I figured since I was replacing the tach and speedo I might aswell use the fuel and temp gauges and have them all match.

heres my gauge setup , also has power windows

Nice. I got the LED lights for my gauges and got them put in. The glare in the pictures is 100x worse than it actually is.

well at least you will be able to see them at night lol to be honest my digital gauges are almost blinding at night ive got them on a kill switch for night time driving and just use the speedo/tach/fuel

Finished working on the engine harness today. I've still got a bunch of work ahead of me but at least I'm almost ready to start tearing into the cars and fitting the new engine.

Lol, I'm not exactly sure how I want to do the mounts yet. I'll be sure to post pictures as I make them.

A little update. Finally able to get some work done now that I have a big tent set up to work on the car. Aside from the weather I've been pretty busy with everything else in life and having to cover and uncover the car to work on it has decreased the motivation to work on it. Now that I have the tent I it should be easier to get some work done and get it finished in the next month or so. I've got the engine sitting in the engine bay so I can get the mounts mocked up, I had to cut a bunch of extra brackets and misc tabs for it to fit and it's a tight squeeze but I got it. Not sure if there will be enough room for the turbo though.

im soo glad your doing this by the way because I pretty much decided on swapping a bike carb'd a6 into mine, looks like the driver mount can be modded fairly easy, what are you doing about front mount and trans mount ?

The driver mount is sitting on top of the stock mount so yes, that one will be easy. The trans mount will probably be a solid bracket if I can't get the 95 mount to fit. The firewall mount I'm going to use the 95 T bracket and basically cut it in half then probably weld it to the firewall. It's looking like all 3 might end up being solid mounts.

I'll take as many as I can remember to, lol. More cutting today and a little welding. I had to cut a section out of the front cross member and weld in a section of angle steel to make room for the cable to hydraulic adapter on the transmission and the exhaust down pipe. I'll take some pictures tomorrow of it. I also had to cut away some of the metal at the bottom of the passenger wheel well to give the transmission some more room.
