Cam specs?

I have a set of aftermarket cams lying around. The guy I got them from didn't know the lift or duration. Is there any way to measure or find out what it is? Thanks

if they are b series cams and you know who made them and which ones they are you can look for them in the reference section here

They are Non-Vtec B18 cams made by Gude. I believe that they are regrinds. I looked but did not see them in the reference section
