Chinese style dumplings potstickers - Hands on Kitchen

1LB ground pork
1 bunch (about 1/2 cup diced) Cilantro
1 piece green onion diced
2 gloves garlic minced
Enoki Mushrooms 1 bag 3.5oz
****ake mushrooms about 6 diced. Fresh or dried.
Fungus mushrooms (dried black mushroom) about 1/2 cup dried (rehydrate then diced)
1 egg white
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 TBS Oyster Sauce
1 TBS Rice Wine
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp black pepper 3-4 turns with a pepper grinder
Dumpling Wrappers
Oil and water for cooking

Have you thought about trying to make those chinese style steam buns with I think some sort of jelly?

When I was still working at Caterpillar I actually made steam buns for the whole line; and everybody asked me what kind of meat was in there. lol
 
Many different steam buns guessing you're talking about red/yellow bean paste?

Best ones are the pork BBQ steam buns Mmmmm also like the chicken ones.

Man... never used a recipe to make mine. :)

We dont either. However, makes it hard to post on a cooking website when you say a dash of this a pinch of that. So we added stuff like normal but wrote everything down as we went.
 
so are you going to make up a batch to serve about 30+ of us...and finally show up to a NE swap meet this year?
