On a stock ls tranny, if one axle is not seated properly or not in the tranny, the otherside will not spin...right? I'm talkin about the passengerside axle.

Nope. One axel on the tranny spins when ur speeding up from a dead stop, then at a certain MPH the other axel kicks in and spins along. Unless you have LSD which makes both turn at the same time from a dead stop.
