Has anyone worked with a metal fabricator to find the best flow sizes for the LS integra?

We had a greddy that was 2.5 inches which really didn't do much. We need a little back pressure and wonder if anyone has some suggestions.

i really like my rigged setup for sound and backpressure. it is an obx header, highflow cat, new OEM 1 7/8 double walled midpipe, rear section is 2" with a 2 1/2 in and out magnaflow. sounds pretty nice when compared to my boyz 00 SI with Greddy SP. Just my rig, cat back is probably better!
