F22B and F23 transmission?

I'm doing a auto to manual swap on my 97 Accord, which is a F22B1. I found a 5Speed Manual transmission out of a 2000 Accord Coupe which I think is a F23, possibly mistaken. Would this this transmission even fit a F22B1, and if so, how different are the gear ratios? Maybe better to stick to the to the 97 5Speed...

The transmission should fit fine, and the gear ratios shouldn't really be that different, as the motors they're attached to aren't that different. I don't have exact gear ratio specs for you, sorry...

okay thanks. another thing. gear ratios, would you happen to know if this gear ratio difference is beeter or worse?

the gears in the F23 tranny are a tad bit longer than the f22's, so me personally I would stick with the 96-97 f22bx tranny
