Forged Pistons For Sohc Zc

ok well i have a sohc zc that i want to turbo. this motor is burning oil pretty bad so i figure if i get new valve guides and piston rings that would solve that problem but my step father mentioned that the cylinder walls may be to warn to just put stock pistons in so i might have to bore it.I am also going to get forged rods and probably a block guard my question is when i get forged pistons am i going to have to bore it out to make new pistons fit or can i leave as is? And what pistons would be recommended for 13-15 psi boost conditions?

the only reasonu would have to bore out is if the cylinder is just, fucked. and u dont have to bore out for forged pistons. they make standard sizes.
