I am an asshole. I got home from a long ass day at work (12hours) and forgot my phone in my fucking pants, and put them in the wash. Now I'm fucked on the phone until I get a new one. And the place is closed to make a claim until tomorrow.

Did you have a gsm phone with a sim card? I'm sure if you did, you would have checked if any of your phone numbers were saved.

I used a hair dryer on my phone after i pulled the battery and blew everything dry. It came back to life after that.

I dropped my phone like 3 times one day in the snow and I just let it dry out, now it works just fine.

Yeah its a gsm. I know about 100-200 are on there but there is atleast a good 60 I don't know from the last 5 months or so. I have taken a blow dryer to it, and also put it on the register. The screen definitely has liquid all over it. I have insurance, I just work construction so I use my phone like 24/7 coordinating shit so now I'm fucked for atleast 3-5 days.

Pull the battery, turn it upside down, let it dry out over night.

Pull the sim card too.

Run the blow dryer over it tomorrow.

I thought you were gonna say you put your phone in your pants then threw your pants in the washer, and it turned the phone into fudge from the heat.

Did that. The fucked thing is, it was on the last spin cycle when I found it. I think this one is fucked.
