you can get a lot out of a turbo start with 8psi and work your way up.

and what the only way to find what hp I'm at is through a dyno, but I don't even know where to get dyno'd at

I need somewhere a little closer to the west side of PA, Evans is a good 4-5 hours or so, little much for a dyno run but I guess if thats where its gotta be done then you know
