my friend has this guitar. im not too down with the body style but its neck through and mahogany so its go a lot of the best shit a guitar can offer. it does have active inspired pickups, passive so u get that fuzz but some of that consistent tone of active pickups. overall nice trade. that guitars like 700 dollars or so

naw, just a reverse headstock. that's how they come. a lot of jacksons' are like that too.

yup. the shape isn't the best.. its the construction. any other full neck and mahog will run you 1000 plus.
I'm a big fan of emg 81/85's, but dealing with batteries is a pain in the ass. to be honest, i think i like these deactivators more. They have all the good of the actives, but none or the negatives of it.

yeah ive got a jackson dkmg with 81/85. its got a bolt on neck but everything about it was insane, especially the neck. i got it in see thru black and its fucking gorgeous man. if only i had money for an amp that supports its brutal tones .

btw i actually prefer the sound of the battery on its way out, it makes the distortion vintage sounding haha
