89 crx si. with drum brakes out back... all four brakes are locking up.. and car will not move.. we bought new front calipers.. new rear wheel clyinders.. new master clyinder. new brake booster.. and a proportioning valve... and all new pads & shoes.. but they are still locking up. does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be? i'm stumped. thanks peeps
