problem with my lsvtec ?

i have a problem with my lsvtec and that problem is that when i rev it up to 3000rpm and let go off the gas, the rpm will suddenly drops 100rpm and when i give it some gas it makes a sound like it was missfiring even if the timming is right.

Whats up buddy, im not exactly sure about this but a friend of mine had this problem so he changed the map sensor and that fixed it. Dont take my word that that would work for you but it was a cheap part and its probably worth a try.
