Problematic H22a

i get an engine check cuz i dont have an oxygen sensor .... i'm wondering how many wires my oxygen sensor should have if its an H22... and how to install......... tnx!!!!

Should be a 4-wire sensor.

Are you running your Accord harness? If so, you can definitely use an Accord sensor, and I've heard you can use a Prelude one as well.
