Swap Problems With My D16y8

i cant figure out why my idle is so high it idles at 2500 rpm and wont go down i got the right ecu and harness and all the right parts but i cant figure out why the idle is off any help would be great

check the throttle cable... there's adjustment screws for the length.
also, on the TB, there is an idle control valve screw.
if that doesn't fix it, check for vacuum leaks, and coolant levels

Sorry I cant help you out here and this doesnt really relate, but where did you find a D16Y8? Ive been looking everywere on the net for them. If you could tell me, that'd be cool.
