vale ajustments

I'm ajusting my valves tonight but i can find what the valves should be set at. Does anyone know what the gap should be for a 95 h23. Thanks.

Intake I believe is .005 - .007 and exhuast is .007 - .009 and you should have a service manual... damn dude

I do have a service manual and i found it about 2 hours ago. The ajustments were intake .003-.004 and exuast was .006-.007. I got everything working great. No more anoying ticking noise. Thanks for the help anyway.
