I love home made sangria, both white and red's.

I'm a girl when it comes to wine and enjoy most whites, but its mostly for dessert purposes only.

check out winelibrary.tv for suggestions.

Oh and wine may be better for your heart, yes, but in no way is it better for your gut - sugar sugar sugar!

I'm a Shiraz fan on the red side - everyday is normally a Penfold's and on the more eccentric side a '06 Mitolo

the best idea ever to come from the mouth of Celerity:

The Connecticut Wine Trail. It's sunday, they are open. It's a great ride. Look up the route, it's all marked with signs and takes you through the farmlands and country of CT. Do a trip with wine tasting. The whole ordeal costs $100 and takes all day. I'm doing the tour on bike, like I do every year.

Clayton: there's a place in Wallingford that is part of the CT wine trail.
Gouveia Vineyards and they are also open on sundays
It's local and they make good wine.

As someone else suggested, make your own. I currently have a carboy thats fermenting a Pinot Grigio :)
