i have a 90 CRX Si, and 93 Del Sol Si, when the Sol engine gets swapped, i'll end up putting the Z6 head on the Rex.
Heard lots of differnt things, read lots of different things, just looking for te final word.
1. With a Z6 head, i need to use the Z6 dizzy...but ive 'heard' it doesnt plug in, and needs to be rewired. Is this true, and does anyone have the way to wire it?
2. The Y8 dizzy plugs into the A6 harness correct? But wont work with the Z6 head?
3. Use the Z6 head, Y8 head gasket, Z6 timing belt, right? Use Z6 IM or the A6?
4. If i decide to have a little more fun and put A1 pistons in, those will go right on the stock rods, no worries? I know i know, the teg pistons are stronger...
5. Are there any other little things that need to be taken from the A6 head, and put on the Z6, or anything little problems that have come up for people that have done this?
6. How tricky is it using a VAFC etc...?
thanks alot guys.
