I have a 96 civic hatch and i swapped a sir2 b16 into it. I wired everything and timed it. I also have no codes. My engine idles fine but when u try to rev it it just dies out at like 3500. It wont go pass 5000 rpms at all. Does anyone know what my problem is cuz it would really help me out.

i finished my b16a1 swap a while back but havnt fixed these four codes.....but i wasnt driving it around or anything so its just been sitting there.......these are the four codes its throwing.......14, 21, 22, and 23. does anyone kno what they mean i kno that 14 is the EACV....but im not sure...
