o yah btw i got new plugs and wires right after i got the car...and new oil...^_^have you even done anything to the motor if not try putting an cold air intake upgrade the exhaust and maybe put a good set of plugs and wires on it but other than that look around some of the forms you might find something else you can do to it
thats a good start. a well maintained car is a happy car. it's the best way to get the most power out of your engine. crappy ignition and maintenence rob a lot of power.o yah btw i got new plugs and wires right after i got the car...and new oil...^_^
so the "heel-toe" technique i will have to try doing that, but "rev-matching" i already do that i just decided that it sounded bad when the motor wound (when shifting) goin to "N" and then the RPMs would go to 500 then go back up to (what ever it would be depending on the gear) it sounded so violent and i didnt want to be doing that so i just started to rev it up when shifting for smoother shifts.practice "rev-matching" and "heel-toe" techniques. (google it, don't ask what it is).
learn the shift points in your car. dont' worry about power mods yet. save for a suspension and some really good tires. they help more than just having more power.
if that happens, then you are doing it wrong. hence your need to practice.so the "heel-toe" technique i will have to try doing that, but "rev-matching" i already do that i just decided that it sounded bad when the motor wound (when shifting) goin to "N" and then the RPMs would go to 500 then go back up to (what ever it would be depending on the gear) it sounded so violent and i didnt want to be doing that so i just started to rev it up when shifting for smoother shifts.
no i ment that it did that and i didnt like so i did the rev-matching, without knowing i was already doing itif that happens, then you are doing it wrong. hence your need to practice.
