I had a good workout and will try to elaborate on it later on. What I have to figure out now is when the heck I am going to be doing my cardio. It's kind of hard with two jobs but I WILL figure something out. Perhaps I'll end up doing it Thursday, Friday and Saturday, since I only work one job those days. :dunno: Off to work for now.
 
hot damn, plyometrics is no joke either. it's basically an hour of jumping and squats.

i got through about 20 min and my legs just gave out. I barely made it up the stairs to write this post. and I didn't do 40 min of it!!!!!!! holy crap. lol

slowly but surely i guess... i'm wicked out of shape so i guess i'm doing ok. I didn't stop until i literally couldn't stand anymore and i started getting light headed...

only day 2... but its worth it.
 
Reading this thread motivates me to workout. I have a pull up push up sit up pyramid that I found in the Navy Seals training book that will get you in shape if anyone is interested.
 
Powerthirst is hilarious. The hardest I've probably ever laughed was watching that clip right after doing a strikeout.

well, holy friggin crap.

i was barely able to do maybe 1/8th of the exercises/reps in this first vid... and then they went through and did it ALL OVER. I was like o_0 and fast forwarded to the cool down.

then i did the ab ripper... and managed about 1/16th of those.

fuck me. I got a LONG way to go before i can hang with these guys.

and my tower is useless. my ceilings are too low. i need to put a tv in the garage i think :( but i don't want to be clayton :D

i warned you... i tried it last year and it about killed me
 
Pick up a hobby that has exercise in it.


I've been playing basketball every day. Cheap to do. I picked up a pair of hyperdunks and now I go to the rec and shoot in on the big 5 on 5 games on full court. An hour of that, and I'm done. Super tired.
 
Hey B the p90 x works actually really well and all you need is the chinup bar and a treadmill. Also check out the "Body for life" program. Its proven and also its a competition and you can win prizes. I am doing this right now with a little extra training because my goal is to become a fitness model. You need to set a healthy diet and eat 6 times a day. If you can't eat that many ATLEAST have a shake for those missed meals. ( GNC makes a ton of good ones.) I work out 6 days a week and sunday is my off day. I usually take sunday to eat my shitty meal and not work out that day. Its nice that way cause all week i'm like " dude i can't wait til sunday to eat a nice 5 guys burger" and shit like that. It gives ya a little something to look forward too. This week its Hooters and i'm stoked.
