Bullshit. Your "rights" are part of what makes you a citizen. Immigrated or not, you have the right to a fair trial. Just because this dramatic event happened, doesn't mean we can throw the constitution out the window. Try him, convict him, and then either hang him or let him be butt fucked for the rest of his life.
I do actually agree with you that all citizens have rights. It's more of a personal internal struggle for me because of the situation. We all know the guy is guilty. His behavior has made that apparent. He isn't going to get a "fair" trial in this country. But we still have to dot every I and cross every T. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Hopefully he just pleads guilty and we still string him up.
