Probably have to pull the bumpers and check the mounting points. Course it could just be the material warping slightly from age.

Do you mean where the bumper skin attaches to the reinforcement?Probably have to pull the bumpers and check the mounting points. Course it could just be the material warping slightly from age.
Its a Grant wheel. My uncle gave it to me, it was on his EF too so it came with the adapter.Hey brad,
What steering wheel is that and what adapter did you use?
IDK but he needs to get off his ass and cut that grass! lol
why not just sand them off and fix the minor rust then repaint the whole car the same color???I picked up two wheels because I didn't think I could do it all with one. On metal it works great! But I tried a spot on the front bumper and I got like 4 spots where it ripped the paint right off, its hard to get the stripe off but not take the paint off. Everywhere else looks great. I may have to do some wetsanding then buffing on the door because there is a tape line where the pinstripe was.
ya lolIsnt that Phyregod's?
I may do that this winter.why not just sand them off and fix the minor rust then repaint the whole car the same color???
Thanks phyre!!Step away from the heat gun!!!!
Get eraser pads (made for an air tool but will chuck into any drill)
AES Industries 51823 - Pinstripe Eraser
Should be available at an automotive paint supply shop. General parts stores don't usually carry them. Not alot of people have even heard of them. its a big eraser that you chuck into a drill or air tool, and it removes pin stripes/bumper stickers/adhesives without damaging the paint. Amazing tool to keep around. Very handy.

Sell?! Screw that...hey brad you should leave your car stock for 6-7 years and then sell as a classic!
