Eh, buffing is easy to grasp. You keep the speed down, and don't stay on a particular area for too long.

Wetsanding is self-explanatory.

Yea but wetsanding freaks new guys out when they wipe it off and see their clear coat like that lol...

If you do, do the buffing and what not by your self do a little research and use good quality pads, and compounds.

Compounds and pads are critical. I use wool for heavy cut and foam for the machine glaze ish. Works decent.
