Want to bore and polish my block and head?

So i'm new to this. i basically want more horse power out of my motor. first of all i have a b16 motor. I wanna noe what's some of the spec's i would need to do to my motor to get what i'm looking for. i wanna try and go all motor. would there be any type gas i would i need to use if i went all motor.
