meh ive got no filter for people that cant do the slightest bit of research for themselves before posting a thread thats been covered thousands of times on the internet that a simple google search would bring a entire page of the same thread up with the anwsers etc. , im all for new members and helping with issues, but im not and im sure others feel the same way going to cover whats needed to do a simple swap, or how to make 10,000 hp on a b18, lol am whgeI a asshole or dickbag ? yes this is the internet , its not like im saying F$%K YOU GO AWAY !and you (dickskate) being a raging dick bag to anyone who posts a question or comment that offends your delicate sensibilities doesn't help people stick around either

again this is HONDASWAP not my shit doesnt run what do I do , please diagnose this problem with a vague paragraph on how I bought the car with a chopped up half ass done swap and it runs like poo and misfires and I made the engine harness myself I know its good

I needed nOOb help too! Guys here gave me info that I needed....even though I could've (dilbertskate would say "should've") found such info by sifting crap in search engines. I learned, applied and was successful. People's help inspired me to return the favor back to the community.
Now, the window shoppers can be irritating but to let previous threads affect you and roll over to new threads isn't right. I believe (when looking at a single post) it can sometimes be hard to tell the difference from a D-bag and genuine person wanting to learn....but I'll admit....it is sometimes easy to judge in favor of someone being a massive tOOl. Just don't let it be you.

When I did my swap (2006), I poured over tons of information, a few threads, and a couple of "swap guides." Even though I was able to get a lot of great answers that way, I still had questions; either for clarification, or for unexpected snags along the way. Also, back then there were character caps for searching, so you couldn't search "h22" or "b18," you had to search 4 or more characters.
Also, not everyone you think is a noob is actually a noob. You responded to one of tab's threads with some kind of "do a search n00b" response. Tab is a real og here, and his swap guide (which he wrote somewhere between 04 and 06), was a huge help to me, and I'm sure many others along the years.
If you have knowledge to share, share it. If you have threads to share, share them. If you truly believe the op has no idea how to search, then show them how to search, don't just be a dick about it.

I did too. I think my first 10 posts were something like, "gsr or h22" blah blah blah. Then I bought a coupe with a b16 already. lol
