What all is needed to convert to OBD-1?

Alright, I'm thinking about converting my B16a to OBD1, since I'm having some tuning issues, and it's seems like obd-1 is easier to work with.. Especially if I go for boost..

Anyone have a solid list of stuff needed?

ECU either for the engine or chipped to run
4 Wire O2 Sensor, this may have to be relocated on the manifold.
OBD1 Dizzy
Conversion harness or lots of time to modify yours. easier to just by the harness.

That should be about it.
