ok soo as most of you know i did a minime in my 91 si...
ok i used the d16a6 bottom end,and put a d16z6 head(complete)
i used a d16z6 headgasket and timing belt,now someone told me that i need to get the d16z6 waterpump...i am using the d16a6 pump...
soo do i have to get the d16z6 pump for the motor to run right?
the car will start and idle very shitty at around 1k and then die..when i give it gas it stalls,,,
the timing marks are correct everysingle time i check them..but i was told with the d16a6 pump the cam will spin faster then the cramk will causing the car to run shitty...
cliffnotes..i need to know which water pump i should use,d16a6 or d16z6
