How is everyone doing with their diet/workouts? Don't have the home gym anymore as it didn't fit in my new condo so I joined LA Fitness back in December and been pretty consistent minus a few injuries here and there.

I finally hit a 350lb bench two weeks ago which has been a goal of mine. Not sure I can get much more than that as I'm now battling some bursitis in my right shoulder. But I'm not complaining, 350 for 1 at 46 years old is pretty solid.

Don't really have any new goals atm.
 
working at it a few times a week lol. no gym but have been playing beat saber VR pretty consistently to meet my apple watch goals. i have increased the minutes over the summer for my daily exersise goal. i am down a few pounds but feel much better. i really only want to lose another 10 or so pounds. it took me most of the summer to lose 10. again i am not going hard at it. steady and slow.

kristen however has been absolutely beasting it since joining up with an online trainer since march. mandatory check ins, photos and chats, gym 5 days a week with a rotating exercise plan, cooking healthier food that actually tastes great. she is down nearly 30 pounds and a few sizes and has put on a little muscle. this has done wonders for her psyche and energy levels and im happy to say she is still extremely motivated.

Thats awesome good for you guys and especially her. What is she using for an online trainer?
