How is everyone doing with their diet/workouts? Don't have the home gym anymore as it didn't fit in my new condo so I joined LA Fitness back in December and been pretty consistent minus a few injuries here and there.
I finally hit a 350lb bench two weeks ago which has been a goal of mine. Not sure I can get much more than that as I'm now battling some bursitis in my right shoulder. But I'm not complaining, 350 for 1 at 46 years old is pretty solid.
Don't really have any new goals atm.
