The factory bracket on the back of the block didn't line up with the B18 or B16, so just hanging off the head for a while. And the LS mani doesn't line up with the B16 bracket either.Post some pics of the cracked header welds. Did it have any support brackets on it or just hang off the exhaust flange?
careful with RMF knockoffs.
i sent my header to get repaired and the guy mentioned it possibly being a knock off RMF.
the steel is thinner and cracks easily. not to mention repairing them is a bitch.
all of my ports needed to be re-welded.

I call BS !I think I do that too. I replaced the front ball joint on my car, and I've still got a faint wobble noise that only comes if I shift into 3rd at 3527 RPM every 7th Tuesday. Still bugs the shit outta me.
It might just be the normal valvetrain sound. It drove me crazy thinking something was wrong at first with my Si when I replaced the original motor with a JDM B16A, but by every Hondaphile I know I was told it sounded normal.
