Backdoor Boys?

It's really hard to estimate collector value on something. If you can hit every time it's worth it, but you'll typically get 1 out of 50 items that might be worth something later on in life. Better to invest in something with guaranteed (or better chances anyway) returns.

I've got thousands and dollars of comic books sitting in boxes in my garage- but I don't think many of them are going to go up in value. I bought them because I enjoyed reading them, but they're just taking up space now. Any value increase would have been a bonus. A few have gone up over $100, but not many, and definitely not enough to justify the cash I spent on them through my college years!
 
I used to have, eh, maybe 500ish cards. Moved around so much I don't know what happened to them. Now I just have a few of my favorites cuz I like the pics. Plus it's nostalgic and makes me happy lol.

I got my start with multiplayer FPSs with them playing 4 player Ultimate Doom on the 847 area code server. :ph34r:

I played a lot of Magic like a proper dork before it got really popular... then sold all my stuff for a tidy 1000% profit in an online email auction long before eBay existed. :)

If it's nostalgic and makes you happy, then it's priceless!

haha...YES! My stupid ass actually dressed somewhat like them for Halloween one year. Sad but true. Ingenuity struck last minute, so we just put everything that my friend and I had on backwards. :D
 
i want a 'where are they now' update on those two. :D
 
Does anybody remember the Kris Kross video game? It was awful. The premise of the game is that you are their video editor, and you have to put their videos together. It was absolutely wretched.

I believe it was actually a series of games. I'm pretty sure there was a Marky Mark one and some other ones as well. All of them were god-awful...

Oh my god, NO!!! I used to watch that show religiously.

"I'm da baby, gotta love me". Wtf. That and Power Rangers....bleh.
