i got the check engine light on the wireharness ground wasn't connected...

it still wont start is it possible massivly flooded?

Maybe...you should check to see if you are getting spark again. Do you have your tranny ground and thermostat ground connected? I would also check those. If you still arn't getting spark, or throwing any ECU codes, I would say you have a couple of bunk distributors.
