Oil cooler off my K20A is now on my K24A2 block. Had to special order 2 jam nuts (m20x1.5) to get the threaded piece (for attaching oil filter to block) off and install the oil cooler. I almost didn't use it but already had new hoses and o-rings. Swapped the threaded piece to my K20A, put the old oil filter on, and put the oil back in it for storage.

Next is to install the super single clutch and dogbox. Then I can drop it in the car.

K-Tuned AC/PS delete kit installed. Its an updated version that hopefully doesn't snap bolts. Had to run this to fit my intake manifold on the head.

Step 49 of 132 lol

Simple NA oil catch can (off old PCV port and valve cover nipple)

Used an existing M6 1.0 threaded spot but had to use a 1/4‐20 standard bolt because I only have standard size nut serts. Rubber washers behind and its not going no where. FPR will mount right next to it. Got most of my fuel lines delivered. Those AN lines add up. Fuel system cost was much more than I anticipated.

Need to remove my old gas tank and lines, then the drive train can go in. My shoulder is jacked. Maybe torn rotator cuff (but hopefully not). Guess I need to let 14 specialists examine me. Hard to work under tha car right now.

Fuel tank to 100 micron to Bosch 044 to 10 micron permanently mounted. Filters are stainless steel and line being used is PTFE (better for harsher fuels). Still waiting on two hose fittings Summit had on back order so I can't connect tank to filter just yet.

She's dirty but all ready to drop the gas tank now. Must've lost a few ounces of dirt when I removed the plastic covers for the fuel neck.

edit...side note.

Where is Dickleskate? Did you guys piss him off for good?

Piece of crap dirty rotten 30 year old under carriage protection goop. Spent 10 minutes getting my 12mm deep socket cleaned after using it to undo the straps. I let it drain out the plug for over 30 minutes (a few days ago) and it still had around 2 gallons when it came out. Nice mess. But its out. Not fun alone. For a minute, my wife tried to help while she was on the phone for work but I was pretty much solo.

Planned to get the swap in yesterday but found out I'm missing the dowel pins to mate motor to transmission. Hopefully moving forward Saturday. Super Single Clutchmasters. ARP flywheel bolts tightened dry to 110lbs. Pressure plate at 20lbs.

At least something got done. I spent way too much time trying to mount the trans. Finally figured out the flywheel (came as part of the super single clutch unit) had no pilot bearing. 3 trips to Honda and two trips to Lowes.

I can't get the IM to fit even though I've trimmed the hell out of that water pump housing. I need to use the PCV port for my catch can but its in the way. Skunk2 ultra race side exit IM

IM bolts all go in by hand but I can't get a piece of paper between the two pieces. How the AN adapter fits? I do not know. I've wanted a electric water pump kit since spring but nothing is available.
